Today I was involved last minute in a meeting at the office over lunch, and the people we met with bought in boxes of food for us.
Unusually, they had opted for kebabs from Opuz kitchen on Old Compton St in Soho. I opted for lamb over chicken, and with rice, salad and accompanying chilli and garlic sauces ate a tasty if unorthodox lunch. A huge cake from Patisserie Valerie completed the occasion, and it was a boutique red fruit and cream number. Washed down with a white tea – a new taste for me this week, and one I am quite enjoying.
